Nursery Admissions

We are delighted to announce a change to the way we admit our very youngest children.  Previously, our Nursery had one intake per year and accepted admissions from the September after their third birthday.

We can now offer children a place as soon as they are three years old.  We are continuing to provide 15 and 30 hour funded childcare places for 3 and 4 year olds.  More information on eligibility and claiming funded childcare can be found on the Childcare Choices website. Foster carers must make their application with the aid of the social worker to the Early Education and Childcare Team, not to Childcare Choices.

Funded Childcare

If you are eligible for either 15 or 30 hours your funding will not start until the term after your child’s 3rd birthday.

You can apply from when your child is 2 years and 36 weeks.

Nursery Wrap around care Now available

If you are eligible for either 15 or 30 hours funded childcare for 3 year olds, and your child has a place in our Nursery you can now also use your funding to book before and after school care with Happy Hours.

This means we are able to offer high quality, funded childcare from 7:00am – 18:00pm Monday – Friday.
