Admissions Consultation
We are in the process of consulting on admissions arrangements for students applying for places for the academic year beginning September 2027. The consultation will run for 6 weeks from 13th October 2025 until 24th November 2025.
Proposed changes to the policy include the mandatory changes required as a result of the DFE’s school Admissions Code 2021, and any relevant updates made since it’s first publication. The Schools Admission Code requires all admissions authorities to consult on any changes proposed to their admissions arrangements.
Where the admission arrangements have not changed from the previous year there is no requirement to consult, subject to the requirement that admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements at least once every 7 years, even if there have been no changes during that period.

After our consultation period, we will consider all responses and discuss these with our Local Academy Committee and the Trust. The final copy of the arrangements will be published on our Policies page and Staff
