We wish to appoint an Inclusion Support Teaching Assistant who is eager to become part of a very dynamic, inclusive, forward thinking and fun SEND team.
The role potentially starting from Monday 14th November until 31st March 2023 with a view to extending this role dependent upon funding.
Responsibilities will include supporting a pupil with social and emotional needs, providing specific, tailored work to help with transition, social interactions and the regulation of feelings and behaviour. The post holder must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work on their own, using good initiative; as well as part of a tea. It is crucial they demonstrate a patient and sympathetic approach, adapting practice and provision to suit the sensitive needs of the pupils.
